We have collected a dataset from our own employees and from which we are keen to explore these issues, looking at questions such as how neurodiversity impacts employee experiences and outcomes. This dataset includes both quantitative and qualitative data, and we are looking for a PhD candidate who can achieve the following outcomes:

  5. Explore significance testing analysis in response to research questions.
  6. Run a simple first-stage thematic analysis on the qualitative data.
  7. Liaise with DIB committee representative regularly on task progress.
  8. Prepare a summary report (for internal purposes only) on these analyses.
  9. Present the summary report to the DIB committee (online).
