Pondering procrastination productively [webinar]

Do you leave things to the last minute? Do you feel overwhelmed by large tasks? Is getting started an issue?
In this workshop you will learn that you are not alone in struggling with tasks. This workshop will show help you to understand:
- how anxiety and fear underlie these behaviours
- how to change your thinking about the tasks before you start
- how to start changing the behaviours that keep you stuck in this pattern.
You will leave with tools and strategies to get you started in making change, feeling in control and creating new, more productive habits.
